Quiara joins playwright Lisa Kron as Signature Theatre’s newest playwrights-in-residence. Her residency begins next year with the world premiere of Daphne’s Dive directed by Thomas Kail. Tickets are $25.

On the horizon: a
new orchestral drama for Cleveland Playhouse and Cleveland Symphony Orchestra in 2015-2016, The Happiest Song Plays Last at Oregon Shakespeare Festival this summer, and Elliot, A Soldier’s Fugue onstage in St. Paul this fall.

The entire collection of Elliot Plays is now published, including Pulitzer finalist Elliot, A Soldier’s Fugue, Pulitzer winner Water by the Spoonful, and The Happiest Song Plays Last. Click on the images above to purchase from TCG Books, or here to find them on Amazon.

Quiara has public appearances this spring in Connecticut, New York state, and Baltimore. She will present selections from her work-in-progress musical Miss You Like Hell and tell the story of how her cousin’s real military service inspired a cycle of fictional plays. For more details click here.
